Is there a cost to Porch Utilities customers?

Our service is free to our customers. Of course, you’ll still have to pay the service providers for the products or services that you order through Porch as well as any associated charges, such as installation fees and taxes.

How can Porch provide this service for free?

Porch has agreements with the nation’s largest and most respected home service providers who pay us a fee to market and sell their services for them. Under this model, consumers pay nothing for the services provided by Porch. The cost is free to you... and the convenience is priceless.

Who’s responsible for providing the services and products that I order through Porch?

All services ordered through Porch are fulfilled directly by the service providers that you choose. Porch connects you with the service providers and does not provide any of the services directly. We are not responsible for any action on the part of any service provider. Any questions or comments relating to the quality of the service you receive from a service provider should be directed to the respective service provider.

May I use different payment methods for different services?

The service providers determine the available payment options. Typically, you have the option of paying by credit card, electronic funds transfer (ETF), or check.

Are my credit card number and other personal information safe and secure through Porch?

Porch does not store any personal information on our website. We collect personal information and payment information from our clients so we can order and set up your services for you. Any personal information we collect is encrypted on our server and only shared with the service providers that you choose and approve. Our Privacy Policy provides greater detail about our commitment to your privacy and security.
